We support project developers with early-stage design, production modeling, interconnection, and site optimization. We work with local civil engineers to facilitate site layout and entitlement permitting, and will support our clients through MIPA negotiations or EPC selection. We have expertise in energy production modeling and designing optimal layouts for difficult sites - those that include wetlands, forests, topography, or multiple buildings with numerous arrays.
We provide full engineering plan sets for permit and construction to EPC contractors for commercial solar, energy storage, and microgrid projects. We work to ensure that all of the necessary information is gathered from the site and evaluate options for the most cost-effective installation. Our plan sets are detailed enough to clarify installation requirements, and we support our clients through equipment selection, construction administration and close-out.
We support facility managers and owners to evaluate the potential for solar and energy storage to reduce energy bills and increase resiliency. We develop preliminary designs, model energy production, analyze utility billing and rate schedules and use state-of-the-art software to model project financials and help you to evaluate risks. If the project pencils, we will scope out the work, develop an RFP, help select a contractor or PPA provider, negotiate the contract and manage the project through commercial operation.
